If nothing shows up (no image, no words) then either your eCard was deleted for some reason (such as the eCard being over 30 days old) or someone sent you a bogus cardID number. If so, please forward the email you received (with full headers) to BubblyBabs at the email you see above.

Please send the eCard ID number in an email to BubblyBabs at the email address you see above. The eCard will be immediately deleted if found to be unsavory. And I apologize for this if it does occur to you. Unfortunately, when one tries to keep a service online for others to use in good faith you will always have those who will use it for immature practices. eCards are logged with all information about the eCard but people do know how to spoof IP addresses, etc. The matter will be checked into as much as possible and matters brought to ISPs if possible.

Spammers and script-kiddies abound on the net and it's a never-ending job keeping up with them. This will be investigated and hopefully won't happen again.

If so then please bring this to BubblyBabs attention immediately by emailing her with the cardID number. This should not be and the script as well as the database will be checked to make sure it was not hijacked.

| No music is playing even though it says it should be

If this is the case then you may need to download a program made for playing music on a webpage (such as Quicktime) and ensure it is set to play on that browser. If you have the program set to play only on IE (for example) but for some reason view the eCard using a browser called Avant you may have a problem until you redownload the Quicktime program and configure it for Avant.

If this is the case please email BubblyBabs at the email shown above telling her what browser you are using so she can investigate and correct the problem for that browser.

Some browsers do not support table bordercolors. Netscape is a major example.

Possibly the person made a bad choice in color picking. Or your browser is not showing the colors like the browser the person who sent the card is showing. Left click on the top of the eCard and drag down to see if any words show up. Hopefully they do. If you still don't show anything then please send an email to BubblyBabs with the cardID so she can check into it.

Please send an email to BubblyBabs using the email address you see at the top of the page making sure you include the cardID number. It's possible a link is broken. If we see an image has been sent it will not be deleted but we'll double check to make sure.
